This project involves designing a 204.50 sq. yds independent house that spans ground plus one floor. The house features an entrance foyer with a duplex staircase that adds a touch of elegance upon entry. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to make the space look bigger and maximize natural light and ventilation.

The house includes three bedrooms, each with an attached toilet, ensuring privacy and convenience. Simplicity is the key to this design, with a simple and sober elevation finished with texture paint. There is an open setback in the front and back to ensure maximum light and ventilation.

The front of the house includes two car parking spaces with a small green area, providing both functionality and a touch of nature. Additionally, there is an open terrace sit-out on the first floor at the front side, perfect for outdoor relaxation and enjoying the view.
