Prithu’s nature of work is exactly what differentiates us from the rest of the residential builders in Delhi NCR. Established with complete transparency as the core value, we provide a 25+ page written scope of work document that describes the materials, processes, and brands we use for construction. Strictly complying with all the legal requirements, we only use standardized materials for quality construction. All our homes are custom-made, based on each family’s requirements. We take pride in escalation-free prices and fixed delivery timelines. And, most importantly, we provide 10+ years of warranty for all our homes. Our Journey
​​​Prithu Homes started 8 years ago with just 5 people and a big dream. Today, we are proud to be a team of 150+ full-time professionals.

We have become one of the fastest-growing home builders in Delhi NCR’s individual plot market. So far, we have delivered 89 homes, and 59 more homes are currently under design or construction.

Over the years, our work has been recognised through many awards. We were named the Most Innovative Residential Architecture Company in Delhi NCR, and also featured as the main story in The CEO Magazine, India. We are proud to be counted among the Top 10 Most Trusted Builders in NCR.​​​
