Fresh water supply pipes from above the false ceiling in bathroom

There are two ways of bringing fresh water supply from overhead tanks in the bathroom:

1. A pipe is brought inside through the floor and then through the wall it is taken to the respective points for geyser, wash basin, shower etc.
2. A pipe is brought inside above the false ceiling area and then it is brought down to the respective points for geyser, wash basin, shower etc.

We follow the second method, in our case it is possible due to the under-slung system. Benefit to the homeowner is:

1. No plumbing pipes are buried in the bathroom floor
2. Lesser length of fresh water supply pipes are covered in the wall. In case there is any leakage from pipes above the false ceiling, it is easier to repair.
