The house in focus is a mix of classical and modern looks. For instance, the staircases are given the niche elitist look, and the ceiling composes the finest of contemporary lights. The elevation/façade of the house is designed in the classical style with a mix of Stonelam Tiles, Large Cornices and Cast Iron Railing with some CNC Screens. Each space is designed with a different theme. Use of Stone Claddings, Wooden Panelling, Wooden Ceilings and Classical Mouldings with wallpapers are used to enhance the interior. The colour pallet of the interiors is Grey, White and Brown. Profile lights in staircase steps, ceiling and walls are done to maximise the aesthetic quality of the spaces.
