Glimpse of our Villa project

The villa is a 3-floor-structure with a well-sized terrace, including two floors for the client habitat and utility rooms at terrace level. The home has an essence of American living integrated based on the client's needs. The villa is a self-sufficient house with five bedrooms on the ground and 1st floor, where each bedroom has an attached toilet. The villa entrance is highlighted by a well-lit entrance lobby with a staircase connected to the terrace level. The ground floor living is kept as a big open space for entertainment, bar and billiards.

The interiors and exteriors of the house have a classic aesthetic with claddings in both the areas, exterior sloping roofs, a driveway of cobblestone pavers, and a patio done in limestone. The interiors are simple with white walls, taking care of the client's inclination towards the simplicity and love towards the light colour, which can be seen in a complete house. Overall, it's a well-lit and well-ventilated house with simple, low-maintenance materials and elements.
