Architect's Vision

According to Poorva Khandelwal, our Project Design Head, “The central idea was to create interactions between the external and internal green spaces with the interior spaces. The materials and colours throughout the house are minimalistic and modern. The house is a combination of black, grey, and white highlighted by natural wood. The flooring was made in the combination of white Indian marble and wooden floor. The bedrooms were made big and airy with attached dressers and bathrooms.”

Another important aspect of this project was that this home was essentially designed around two big courtyards with interior spaces overlooking them. The double-height courtyards allow stack ventilation for the whole house. Big windows allow light and cross ventilation throughout the house.
