We, at Prithu Homes, are looking for a Principal Architect to join our Architecture & Design team for architecture and interior of full scope residential projects executed on Design + Build basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• He/she will be heading a team of Project Architects to manage a group of projects

• Will be the key Client Relationship Manager. Should be able to understand the clients’ requirements and aspirations and mould them into our framework of working.

• Responsible for guiding their team to get the desired outcome timely.

• Understanding and implementing the company's processes and analysing them in terms of improvements and additions.

• Timely completion of the project

• Budget and schedule adherence

• Understanding and following the company processes

• Client satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

• B. Arch from a recognised reputed college

• 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in residential projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct client interaction

• Strong understanding of structure and services applicable at residential level are a must

• Strong knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards will be preferred

• Strong people management skills

• Should have led a team of minimum 1-2 architects

• Excellent oral & written English communication

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and word.
