This is a mixed use building having basement and ground floor for commercial use and 3 floors for residential purpose
The stilt is designed such that the commercial entry is separated from the residential entry. Internally there are two staircases one for each type of use.
The building is designed with in a semi classical style with elements like mouldings, classical railing, portal with stone cladding and yet keeping it a little modern.
The highlighting feature of this project is how stilt has been divided into two parts, the terrace with pergola and bar, big balconies on each floor and ample light nad ventilation throughout the floor.
