This Emerald villa is built on a 400 square yards plot. It’s a simplex plus duplex site. For this project, prithu handled the design, construction and approval. Thus, we delivered everything from scratch, and that’s what we called “Hassle-free home building”. There are four bedrooms in the duplex, three bedrooms in the simplex, and a huge terrace area.

All the electrical and plumbing fittings are suited according to the latest market designs. The house's aesthetics provide a serene and peaceful aura to the home. Additionally, the structure of the staircases, windows and balconies is edgy and thus, giving the perfect fishing to the site.
