This project involved designing a luxurious 1100 sq. yards villa that spans ground plus two floors. The house is an independent triplex with a modern mixed-style elevation, featuring large glazing, tile cladding with a wooden finish HPL, prominent projections, a spacious porch, and heavy massing in the elevation. The entrance is grand and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of the house. Inside, there is a spacious and elegant living and dining area, perfect for hosting and daily use. The villa includes a luxury kitchen with an island and with two separate areas – one dry and one wet – catering to all culinary needs. Additionally, a separate servant area is located at the back on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are large, equipped with bathtubs and spacious walk-in closets, accompanied by large toilets. There is a separate garage to accommodate vehicles. The ground floor features a double-height dining area, adding a sense of grandeur. Proper ventilation is ensured in all spaces for a comfortable living environment. Multiple water bodies are strategically placed to create a refreshing microclimate, and a large-sized lawn in the front enhances the outdoor aesthetics. The villa also includes spaces for an office, gym, and meditation room to support a balanced lifestyle. Each floor has a terrace for outdoor relaxation. To promote energy efficiency, the villa is equipped with solar panels, a centralized water heater, and a centralized AC system.
