The Villa is a Duplex House for a joint family and comprises 5 Bedrooms, a Living-dining area, a formal Drawing Room, the Main Kitchen, a Pantry, a Gym and a Pooja Room. The Double-height Foyer is planned with an MS Staircase to enhance the entry experience. Flexstone Cladding is done on the staircase wall and highlighted with lights.

The first floor has 3 Bedrooms with a Pantry. Living space on the first floor connects to the Half-terrace planned on the front side with a Pergola and Seating Area. The structure's massing has been kept very subtle & focus has been on highlighting the texture of bricks. An exposed grey texture has been introduced to complement the red colour of the bricks. Large windows have been used to break the monotony of the brick façade as well as to provide natural lights in the house.
