The site in focus is an example of one of the products of Prithu: an independent floor. Based in Vigyan Lok, this site is 230 square yards with four floors and a stilt. Constructed in a subtle and niche manner, the house is an absolute example of modern style living. The railing design on the exterior part of the house provides the place with a classic indie look.

The dark window panes are perfectly aligned with the rest of the house's colour pallet. Additionally, nitty-gritty like the tiling and electrical appliances’ fittings is well taken care of by the designers. Also, the kitchen area is one of the best sections of the house; with full exposure to sunlight and classic shelves, the kitchen offers a warm and welcoming space.
