Site Manager

Role Summary:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities for construction projects. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing the site team to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.


Project Description:

  • Project plot size varies from 200 sq yds to 1000 sq. yds

  • Total construction area varies from 7,500 sq. ft to 25,000 sq. ft

  • Project duration: 12-14 months

  • Structure: Basement + Stilt + 4 stories (maximum)


Scope:

  • Fully finished out luxury homes Civil, Interiors/ Finishing (Flooring, Woodwork, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Green features, landscaping, security features etc.)

  • Contractors appointed to do the construction


Responsibilities/ Performance assessment parameters:

  • Manage full projects (construction, interiors, finishing). If you do not have experience or knowledge of a certain aspect like services, finishing etc., then we will train you in that.

  • Ensure timely completion quality as per our defined standards

  • Material consumption as per norms


Team Interactions:

  • Reports to Area Project Manager (Construction)

  • Works closely with Project Architect (Design)

  • Approvals/Liaisoning team

  • Procurement team

  • Sales team

  • Contractors


Key Opportunities/ Challenges:

  • Willingness to learn all aspects of construction/ site/ project from structure to finishing to handover

  • Quality and team focus

  • Process orientation (follow process, suggest improvements in process)


Education/Experience:

  • B. Tech/Diploma - Civil

  • Work Experience - 2 to 4 years (Preferably in residential construction)

  • Able to use apps on mobile

  • Able to do basic calculations related to civil work
