  • Delay Penalty: Prithu is liable to pay a delay penalty of 0.25% per month for the first three months of delay, escalating to 0.5% per month for any subsequent period. If delivery is not made within the committed duration.

Our 6-Step Process to begin your Home Construction Journey

  1. Get a budget for any of our technical consultants and lock prices. 

  2. Sign off on the contract 

  3. Design starts: Architectural design with ‘Chaukor Studio.’ 

  4. Once decisions between the Architects/clients are closed, clients are supposed to handover the plot to Prithu to start construction/demolition. 

  5. Regular updates of site progress are sent to clients through the Prithu app as well as through regular site visits. 

  6. Invitations are sent to clients for a pre-handover site visit to ensure quality up to the owner’s satisfaction.

  7. The newly constructed home is handed over to the owners
