Our 7 Steps Process to begin your Home Construction Journey

  1. Get a budget for any of our technical consultants and lock prices. 

  2. Sign-off the contract 

  3. Design starts : Floor plan, elevation and other design decisions are finalised with architects.

  4. Once decisions in between the design team/clients are closed, clients are supposed to handover the plot to Prithu Homes to start construction / demolition. 

  5. Regular updates of site progress are sent to clients through the Prithu Homes App as well as site visits. 

  6. Invitations are sent to clients for a pre-handover site visit to ensure quality up to owner’s satisfaction.

  7. Newly constructed home is handed over to the owners
