Financial Comparison Analysis
We have done a financial comparison analysis between the other builder’s quotation and the quotation offered by Prithu. Some of the specs mentioned in Prithu’s quote aren’t mentioned in the other builder’s quote and vice-versa. Thus, in our financial analysis, we have made the specs uniform in both quotes for an equitable comparison. So, after the financial comparison, the difference came out to be 1.5%.
However, home building is a much more critical journey. Thus, comparing the mere financial factors may not produce a justified comparison. It is significant to look at the other non-financial parameter that is equally if not more important than the financial parameters.

In the other builder’s quotation, there is no clear delay penalty. However, Prithu offers a fixed penalty amount if the project timeline is delayed.
The other builder provides vague commitments on neighbor management. However, Prithu ensures that in every home we build, we provide the clients get a warm neighborhood.
Prithu has an integrated system for all our projects, known as the Prithu app through which client can manage their construction site; other builder does not provide that.
The other builder’s agreement is not clearly worded; thus, the chances of contentions may arise in the future. However, that’s not the case with Prithu’s agreement as the company frames a full-fledged agreement with all the exclusions and inclusions clearly mentioned.
As far as procurement of material is concerned, Prithu wins. For instance, the other builder hasn’t mentioned the brand for tiles, so the quality will be cheaper than Prithu. Additionally, the windows made by Prithu will be superior because we use factory-made extruded aluminum.
Many other significant details are missing in the other builder’s quotation such as windows area, POP wall information, ramp, taps in the balcony, terrace, stilt, number of power switches, overall switches design, provisioning for internet, electric car charging, etc.
