Excavation Work:-
We are making friendly behavior with others.
We excavate the plot into 4 parts without disturbing neighbors.
Timely completion of excavation work with rules & regulation at where we are working.
We don’t work during the grab in Delhi.
During excavation, water is sprayed to prevent pollution.
We make sure that we do not cause any damage to others' buildings.
Pre-planning before excavation work.
Survey before excavation.
We test the water& & soil.
Foundation Work:-
We are using anti termite chemical from the termite for protecting our home from termites.
We are using a water bar in horizontal and vertical joints.
We are taking care of the Material brand, quality & quantity.
We are following proper drawing approx. 42 Drawing related to foundation work.
Concrete Work:-
We are using India’s best RMC plants like Navovo, ACC & Ultratech.
We check the daily slump test on each vehicle.
Make sure that TM should pore within 90-120 Minutes.
We make sure to follow up with 7,21, & 28 days batch reports.
We checkthe actual quantity of raw material in TM.
We make sure that we have at least two viberators on site, one is petrol other is electric. We do not compromise on the quality of the material.
Brick Work:-
We are using environment-friendly fly ash ( a coal combustion byproduct ), reducing landfill waste, and saves topsoi
Lightweight: Reduces dead load on foundations, beneficial for multi-story buildings and seismic zones.
We want our building to be naturally cool Keeps buildings cooler in summer and warmer in winter, lowering energy bills.
Consistent size and shape reduce mortar usage and plastering, saving time and cost.
Less water absorption prevents dampness and efflorescence.
Overall savings due to less plaster, minimal breakage, and faster construction.
Paperless Work:-
We are doing paperless work, so if you want to fillthe daily manpower report, you just put it in prithu application.
If you want to send a progress photo to anyone, just put it in the construction manual, so everyone is able to know what work is going on today.
If you purchase any related site, just fill in the voucher upload in the Prithu application within 1-2 working days, and you will receive your money if you did not make any mistakes in the voucher.

If you want to mark present attendance on the day, you can do so in gray Hr. app, but within 100m you should have.
Curing Compound:-
Creates a film to hold water for complete cement hydration, maximizing concrete’s potential strengths.
Minimizes plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage cracks by controlling moisture loss.
Easier and faster to apply than water curing, saving labor, water, and time, especially on large surfaces.
Solar Reflectivity White/colored versions reflect heat, reducing surface temperature.
