There are two aspects that make the structure of a home strong:

1. Design of the structure and

2. Is work executed on the site as per the design?

The structure of every Prithu home is designed by renowned and independent structural consultants, ensuring proper house design and long-term safety. These consultants are thoroughly experienced and work for clients like CPWD, Tata Housing Development Company, Emaar MGF, Ansal API, Parsvnath Developers Limited, and other major developers.

When structural work is executed on site, a structural stability certificate before casting a slab, which is inspected by the same Structural Engineer to ensure that work is executed as per the design.

On completion of the work, a certificate is issued by the structural engineer about the quality of design and execution of structural work on site.

To the best of our knowledge, such a structural certification talking about design as well as execution is rare in the market. At the most, the certificate offered is about design only, and perhaps not from a prominent structural consultant.
