Our Tailored Interview Process
Recognizing the unique requirements of different functions, Prithu Homes has developed tailored interview processes for each department, blending convenience with meaningful engagement:
Corporate Support teams (All teams other than Design & Construction): Most positions begin with an online screening. This first stage offers a flexible way for candidates to share their backgrounds and career motivations with our HR team from anywhere. Successful applicants are invited to our office for engaging, in-person rounds where they participate in collaborative discussions and scenario-based questions, meeting their potential colleagues and soaking up our company culture. These teams include Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Quantity, Liaisoning, Contracts, and Special Projects.
Construction Team: Understanding the fast-paced nature and broad geography of construction roles, the entire interview process for this team is conducted online. Candidates participate in three structured rounds – First round including competency-based questions and basic checks related to behaviour and culture fitment; Second round revolves around technical skills with respect to construction and mindset; Final round with a leadership team veteran to see the overall capabilities of the candidate Vs the role he has applied. This entire process, being online, ensures speed and accessibility without compromising on selecting the right talent.
Design (Architecture) Team: Creativity and technical mastery are at the heart of our Design team’s recruitment. The process kicks off with an initial HR round, online or by phone, designed to get to know you and your values. The second stage is a technical system round—here, you’ll be asked to demonstrate your proficiency in key architectural tools and solve design challenges. The final round is an in-depth technical discussion focused on real-life projects, where your problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and professional depth are at the forefront.
